In My Own Words

I love being a mom. My son is 8 and a great kid that likes to be around other children. I like great teachers and I think they can truly make a world of difference in a child's life. My pet peeve is teachers that pretend they like their job when it is not true. My best memories were staying home with my son and having lots of playtime. We have a lot of fun going to the beach. We love to body surf when the waves are rough. It was a great memory to teach my son how to ride the wave! My challenges are being a single parent and wanting more free time with my son after school. We are learning to appreciate the time we do have, and make the best of it.

Parents I'd Like to Meet

I would like to meet other moms that are single and working and trying to do it all. I am looking to move to Charlotte NC and would like to connect to parents. I will be looking for a great elementary school and a warm non- denominational Christian Church. I appreciate your thoughts, thanks.
