In My Own Words

I am a homeschool mom to two wild, strong willed little girls with beautiful personalities. Julianne is the oldest, very intelligent, dramatic, and creative. She has been diagnosed as ADHD and has some minor behavior problems. She requires a lot of extra love, attention, and routine. It is most important to her that you "listen" to what she has to say. She wants you to understand her frustrations, not try to fix them. Arabelle is the complete opposite. She is also very intelligent but not so determined or demanding. She does not want to figure everything out; she would rather just accept things as they are. Arabelle has a love for others like I have never seen. Along with homeschooling (unschooling) them I help out a local preschool with activities, fundraisers, and I handle their Scholastics. I am also an Independent Educational Consultant for Usborne Books.
