In My Own Words

As a working mom, my goal has always been to visit my children's class at least once a month. One day I brought the video camera and observed my son's class for a few hours. One of his classmates said "you are a good mom!'' This compliment from this little stranger paired with the pride my son had knowing his mom was there nearly brought tears to my eyes. These children had know idea that I experienced a few challenges getting there.....all that mattered to them is.....I was there! Classroom visits create memories that everyone will remember.
