In My Own Words

I am a mother of two. I have a 9 year old daughter who has a hearing disability. She goes to Saticoy Elementary and although she is part of the DHH program, is mainstreamed into 4th Grade (general ed). My youngest is a 2 1/2 year old son who has some form of sensory integration disorder.

Parents I'd Like to Meet

I would like to meet parents who have deaf and hard of hearing children like me. I would like to share my experiences and be a support to other parents. I would also like to meet resource persons (parents, school district employees,etc).
