I work as a full time volunteer through my non profit corporation, The Tower of YOuth and the California Digital Arts Studio Partnership to produce biannual movie festivals in the Sacramento Sierra Region. In addition I spend strategic time advancing policy legislation to modernize the education system to insure the field of digital media arts and communication technology is universally integrated, across all curriculum in the schools. I am a physician with a public professional background in policy and system design on behalf of children with special needs in California to promote full integration and comprehensive individualized, family based services. The focus on media arts and education is a center piece in networking the largest populations and empowering the widest population of youth, families and educators in the society. The youth website that archives the Spring and Fall movie Festivals is www.towerofyouth.org and the policy website is www.caldigarts.org.
