In My Own Words

I am active in my children's schools and believe that if parents don't get involved, their children suffer. As a working mother, I know the stressors that kill involvement but typically encourage being active anyway. I can't stand it that many children simply do not know how to behave and disrupt the classroom. I also do not believe it is up to the schools to teach the children how to learn and behave. It must start in the home!

Parents I'd Like to Meet

I would love to know parents who share the thought that they make great schools happen. I love fundraising and always like other people's ideas.
