In My Own Words

Hello, everyone My name is Lisa Southall I have 3 children 2 at east campus and one at theodore Jones Elementary. all 3 of my child have ADHD my days are very hetic. My favorite parenting memory was the first day my youngest child started kindgarden it was funny me Im tender hearted and Dalton didn't want to leave mom, mom didn't want to him to go it meant he was growing up and I did not want my baby to grow up so his teacher was like it will be ok Mrs. Southall so I left the room and he went to crying my heart broke I turned around ran down the hall got my baby and left. My pet peeves are pick up after your self im not your maid and no backtalking or disrespecting your elders. Dalton is in the stage where he loves to back talk and I have been soft with him up until this passed weekend I had taken his toys his computer time and grounded him to his room and he just kept on so I spanked him I learned this weekend what my mother meant when she use to say this is going to hurt me more than it does you. Everyday is hectic in my life so I make me a schedule for each day and I have not had a day once that it is completely followed because I always have something extra the kids need me to do or my husband needs me to do. I would never trade a trillion dolars for my loving family though

Parents I'd Like to Meet

I would like to meet all kinds of parents because I think that someone has something that I can learn from and maybe I can share something that will help a parent. I am also in college doing my phd in psychology.
