In My Own Words

I'm a new mom to a 4 year old girl (well I still call it new since it's an ever changing experience). My child will be starting kindergarten this year and we are so excited. I have yet to know my most favorite parenting memory since they keep changing - every day is an adventure, but some of them would be holding my baby for the first time and singing to her, taking care of her on up to teaching her the abc's and lots of new songs and words. Now that she is becoming her own little person I don't really have any pet peeves, I'm just trying to teach her to be obedient, make the right choices, and be respectful at this little tender age since she thinks she is running things - lol.

Parents I'd Like to Meet

I'm interested in meeting parents that would like for their children to have good playmates where they can grow more on the social level with their peers - it seems our children are always around other adults which is why they advance so quickly, when back in the old day children played with other children and could be safe outside doing so. Instead we have to remain afraid to let them out of our site so they pretty much stay around adult environments. I want to go back to the good old days of trust and let children have children time to grow, learn, problem solve, debate and just figure out how to have fun with other kids.
