In My Own Words

I am curently in the process of relocating from Australia for my husband's work in DC. The schooling situation is very different from home and is very daunting. I am looking for advice and guidance as to where to live so that my children have a safe and enjoyable experience in school. I am a very involved and commited parent and am able to suppliment my childrens academic achievements if I cannot afford the 'best' housing for school choice. My main concern is safety. I am not sure whether to live in Arlington, Alexandria or Silver Spring?? Look forward to meeting and talking to other parents.
