In My Own Words

I am a single mother of a little girl. I'm attempting to bring her up to be a happy well-adjusted person. Providing my daughter with the best education possible is very important to me, and I work extraordinarily hard to try to find solutions to her learning difficulties. Sometimes being a single mother is hard, especially when she asks me for a little sister and/or a father. My goal as a parent is to provide all the things to my daughter that she needs. One of the things that I have not been able to give her, that I believe she needs, is a father. Despite this, I believe that she’s essentially a happy child and I’m doing a reasonably adequate job raising her.

I'd love to meet other parents... it doesn't matter what kind of parent you are, as long as you are an involved parent.
