In My Own Words

I am dedicated to improving the relationships between children, parents, and their school environment. It can be scary to raise children without the support of a community. I have worked in both primary and middle schools as a school counselor. I give workshops to teachers and students and mental health agencies on a variety of topics concerning youth and families. I offer parenting classes and parent coaching to parents throughout the Bay Area. I have been a mental health assessor for the San Francisco Unified School District and a grief and trauma expert for Hospices and other health care agencies.
