In My Own Words

I am a mother of three wonderful children (2 biological and 1 stepdaughter). I am a full-time graduate student working on my masters degree as well as working part-time. Although I have a lot on my plate, I end up managing it all. My favorite part about being a parent is that it keeps me going! I love spending time with my babies by doing fun activities on the weekends such as watching movies, going to the parks, zoo, Chuck-E-Cheeses, bringing my son to his friends houses, etc. Although my children are ages 6, 6, and 3, I have great knowledge about preparing for college. My graduate program is Higher Education for Student Affairs where it is preparing me to become a professional administrator to work at colleges and universities. I have been in this field for over 5 years and enjoy working with college students. If you need any advice for your high school student, please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
