What methods have you been trying to teach your children?

I have a 12, 4, 2 and 7 month old. The younger three have been exposed to listening to HBO's Classical Baby. I was told that classical music will help develop their brain and heighten their love and appreciation for music. I would love to know what methods have you explored to get your child or (children) to learn?
