Cheyenne Mountain D-12 how do they do it??

I am new to this district, it seems the district as a whole is incredible, however, Cheyenne Mountain Charter seems to be out -shining the public schools. I am wondering how they are doing it? What is the difference in this school and the other schools in district? I do not know anyone in this district to ask advice or opinions from. Can anyone add anything?
