Underachievement among gifted students is a complex and wide-ranging problem a small problem for students who just dont quite reach their full potential to a devastating problem that prevents students from achieving any of their goals. Alex Pagnani, a doctoral student in Gifted and Creative Education at the University of Georgia, has written a practical handbook for educators of the gifted dealing with that topic, and he has generously encouraged sharing it with all interested parties.
