Hello everyone, it's been a long time.  That's a good thing but I've missed the conversations.  I hope everyone is doing well.

I have directed a couple of parents to this site for questions, I hope some of the old Schwabbies can help us out here.

What are the laws pertaining to a child's IEP during a teacher strike?  Obviously the IEP's are not being followed or needs are not being met during this time, so what can parents do, what are the schools supposed to provide during this time?
