Green Dot Charter schools and special education in LA

A fellow GS poster recommended this article that may be of interest to parents in LA who have children in Special Education. Green Dot charter schools is running some of the worst schools in LA now, but they weren't ready to take over special ed. The issue is with the shared control, it seems. Next year, Green Dot will take over special ed themselves.
