"Gap" or "Bridge" Year Offers Life Experience.

USA Today had an interesting article about students taking a "gap" or "bridge" year before heading off to college.

It all sounded really interesting to me until I saw the $10-20,000 pricetag.  For that, I think I'm thrilled my son went straight to college.
