Hello, I'm a mom to a soon to be kindergartener in the fall. We are moving to a new city this summer for the purpose of continuing my own education as a future teacher. However, the district were moving to doesn't have the best public schools. We are considering a Charter school for our daughter. The school is more alternative and has multi-age classrooms. The kindergarten and first grade are together. I'm told each class has its own teacher with about 20 kids each. They also have a parapro and student aides. They work in groups of about 6 kids throughout the day. It is a full day program. I have no experience with this kind of class and don't know what to expect. The school does have all good parent reviews. Any help would be appreciated.
