Bill,

Please see this discussion at the Schwab

site.http://www.schwablearning.org/message_boards/view_discussion.aspx?thread=26774

In a nutshell....

Bill:
Besides million other posts that are at Schwab, pleading with you not to close this site....

I am asking once again, directly to you as a parent who desperately needs the people who come here...

Please don't close this site down yet. Is there anyway possible you can hold off the decision just yet.

Perhaps you can take some of the suggestions that have been brought up previously and link this site to GS, I am not sure, but anyhow, just my personal last ditch effort at hoping you will change your mind and not close this site down, just yet.

Re: Bill...Please reconside closing the Schwab Site!!
I am e-mailing you, as I am sure many others are, in hopes that you will reconsider the closing of discussions on the forums at SchwabLearning.

Even with the message that the forum is closed for discussion after February 15, there is still TOO much going on...TOO many unresolved issues that parents are struggling with...are we to just leave them hanging?!...this is what will happen if the forum is allowed to just stop functioning at the close of business Friday February 15th....then what?!....what happens to those kids?!...

yes...the parents could come to great schools, or choolpsychologistfiles.com/forums or any other number of forums and state their case all over again...wait for answers and wait for us to try to find them and get caught up...or you can just leave things as they are...allow us to continue to help parents who are caught in the educational nightmares and let us guide them through...but we cannot do that if the forums are closed for posting...

Please reconsider and just link SchwabLearning to Greatschools somehow...but leave it be...
