Re: homework
Hello,

Homework is always a headache with our little ones. I always try to make it fun for my son. I would give him a snack (whatever he would like) or tell him that after homework we could go and do the activity that he would like to do. Try to think of fun things that she would like to do or eat and just make it sound like something fun to do. Try to do it with her to see if she just having problems doing it. Also, see the time that she is doing it because if it is to late, I don't think she has the energy to do it. Good luck!!!!

Re: homework
It could certainly be something more than this but perhaps you just need to mix it up and find her a great spot to do her homework. Check out this video from a site I reference a lot for great advice on kids and school:

It's certainly worth a try. Hope it helps. Keep me posted.

Re: homework
Teachers can be bullies but there's often too little to do about that when it happens. The best way to not be bullied by teachers is to not give them anything to be upset about. Teachers tend to bully and pick on the students who upset them. Teachers like conformity - conformity is hard especially for children but conforming whenever possible to the teacher's expectations is the safest course of action.

If you're worried that your daughter in not handing in work, call the teachers and ask just to 'check in'. Good luck.

Re: homework
Made you should speak to your childs teacher and ask him/her what her/his rules are or how he/she teaches, and why.

Re: homework
You should talk to your child before she falls to behind in school assigments. I'v got a daught that would never do her work, because she was to lazy, and waited till the last minute to do her work. Then i explained to her that she could fell a test or grade if she didn't start doing her work. It did take her a while to start to do her work but she did. If that does not work made you shiuld speak to her teacher and ask him/her to speak to your child.
