Kids Community College Charter School and why is wonderful

My children attend a charter school in Riverivew Florida.  Both of my children attended the Kids Community College Preschool.  My daughter then went to a public school for a year and fell behind bechase she was board for three of the grading periods.  When I would question what she learned its was always the same thing.  Nothing my class learned numbers or letters and I already know that.  The chater school then opened and I placed her in ther charter school along with my son who started Kindergarden.  Both of my children have been attending Kids Community Charter School since and I could not be happier.  They are both learning by leaps and bounds over other children thier age.  Not only does the school teach a grade above but they work and create an Individual education plan for each student and teach to each child's stength.  An example is my son is not going to be the child that sits in his desk and does his work but his teacher understands this and allows him to stand to work or sit how he pleases as long as it does not disrupt the class.  The staff ,adminastraion as well as the Commitee for Academic Execellance really care about you and your children and treat you as part of a family.  They all believe in the motto that it takes a village to raise a child.   My children will attend KCC until they no longer can or thorugh the 12 grade.  I have made life long friends and so have my children.  This is a school when everyone else was cutting P,E., art and music said and they would not cut these things and made sure each class gets an actual P.E structured class once per month this year and will go weekly next year.  They also get art and music once per week.  They are taught by instuctors that care and work with you on what is best for your children.  Both my children are and continue to be challanged dalily and everyday now when I ask what did you learn my children are excited to tell me and I cannot get them to stop talking about what they learned and thier teachers.  The principal supports the individual needs of each child and is wonderful to volunteer for.  I cannot say enough about the school its staff or the values it holds true.  I would reccomond this school to any parent whom cares and wants to be an active part in thier childs education
